Natalie Talpas has found a passion and made an impact in socially conscious issues in digital banking. A Senior Vice President and Digital Product Management Group Manager at PNC Bank, Natalie leads teams responsible for components of PNC’s retail digital experiences, including paperless communications, open banking, secure data exchange, web accessibility and diverse segments.
Natalie has over 15 years of experience in banking. Prior to her current role, she was responsible for operational risk management for retail online and mobile channels, including social media, at PNC. Before that, Natalie worked at KeyBank in business process, strategy and product management roles in bank operations and treasury management.
Natalie is serving as Co-Chair of the Bridges Society for the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania. In this role, she organizes and promotes volunteer events, professional and personal development opportunities, and networking events with other community-minded professionals. Natalie holds a BSBA in Management from John Carroll University and an MBA in Banking & Finance and Consulting from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Natalie lives in Oakmont, PA, with her husband and 2 young sons.
